Privacy policy

Short version: you email us, we store your address and your scan results to answer you. No cookies, no analytics, no newsletter. That's the whole thing.

Who is responsible

AuthPulse is a sole-proprietor business operated from the Netherlands. Controller and contact: AuthPulse, hello@authpulse.io. If you need the operator's full legal name and address, ask by email and you will get it.

What we collect, and why

Inbound email. When you email hello@authpulse.io, we receive and store your email address, your name as your mail client presents it, your message, and the domain you ask us to scan. Purpose: to perform and reply to your request. Legal basis: taking the steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business email (art. 6(1)(f)).
Scan results. The SPF, DKIM and DMARC records we look up are public DNS data. We store the results of your scan so we can send them to you and follow up if you ask. These results are tied to the domain you gave us.
Payments. If you buy the remediation protocol, checkout runs on Stripe's infrastructure. We never see or store your card details. Stripe tells us your email address and whether payment succeeded. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment data: stripe.com/legal/privacy-policy.

What we deliberately do not have

No cookies. This website sets none, so there is nothing to ask your consent for and no banner to click away.
No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no social plug-ins.
No newsletter. If you email us once, you get answers to that thread, not marketing later.
No access to your mailbox, hosting, DNS panel or customer data, ever. The scan reads public DNS records only.

How long we keep things

Email threads and scan results are kept while the conversation is live and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can follow up if you come back mid-thread and keep a record of what we advised. Payment confirmations are kept as long as tax law requires (7 years in the Netherlands). You can ask us to delete your thread earlier; see below.

Who else sees your data

Nobody, apart from the providers that make the mailbox work: our email runs on Microsoft 365 (Microsoft is our processor for mail), and payments run on Stripe. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the providers' standard (EU/adequate) processing locations except where Microsoft or Stripe route mail and payments globally under their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, object to our processing, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@authpulse.io and it will be handled, normally within a week. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Changes

If this policy ever changes materially, the new version appears on this page with a new date. Last updated: 25 August 2026.
