Short version: the scan is free, the protocol is EUR 499 once, delivered within 24 hours. If we can't deliver or you're misled by what we sold, you get your money back.
These terms cover the free domain scan and the paid Deliverability Remediation Protocol offered at authpulse.io. By ordering, you agree to them.
The Deliverability Remediation Protocol is a document, specific to one domain, listing the exact DNS records needed to fix that domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, in an order designed not to break existing mail flow, with verification steps. It is advice and instructions. We do not log into your DNS panel and change anything for you, and the price does not include us doing so.
A scan reads the public SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS records of a domain you ask us to check, and reports what we find. It is free, without obligation, and comes with no warranty. Automated DNS checks are a snapshot: they can miss problems and cannot see everything that affects whether your mail lands in spam.
The Protocol costs EUR 499, one-time, per domain. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see your card details. Delivery is by email to the address you used at checkout, within 24 hours of payment, and usually much faster.
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the Protocol is digital content delivered by email, we ask you at checkout to consent to immediate delivery. Our own stance is simpler and stronger: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, you get it in full, and you may keep the document. After 14 days we still refund in full where we failed to deliver, delivered the wrong domain's protocol, or the document misrepresents what your DNS actually showed.
Fixing these DNS records improves your mail's authentication. It does not guarantee inbox placement: content-based spam filtering, sender IP reputation and platform-side throttling are outside what DNS records can fix, and if that is your real problem our scan will say so rather than sell you the wrong thing. Nothing here is legal advice.
We deliver the Protocol with care, based on the DNS records visible at scan time, but DNS setups differ and other parties (your mail provider, registrar, receiving providers) control outcomes we do not. Our total liability for anything connected to the Protocol is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Dutch law does not allow us to limit.
You (or your developer) apply the DNS changes yourselves, in your own registrar. The document is ordered so that following it in sequence does not break existing mail, but whoever holds the DNS credentials is responsible for what is actually entered. Verify as the document describes before closing it; we re-scan and confirm if you ask.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. Last updated: 25 August 2026.
